Well i read some where that egg yoke is good for the fry then give all the rest to you norml adults....

So i did it... i fed them some and they were going more crazy over the egg than frozen food.

they are bANGING ON THE GLASS ASKING FOR MORE.....

My fish like cucumber and lettuce. My loaches and plecs go mad for it and when I take it out the next day the lettuce os all holey and the cucumer all rough from being munched!

I think it's good as they are having to do a little work to get their food and they are kept busy for a few hours.

cheddar cheese all our fish go absolutely mad for it & are really funny to watch! although i know its not good for them we've only put in a teeny tiny bit twice in the last 6 months just to watch them all( esp the barbs) practically rolling(swimming) around in ectasy over it.

I heard that its not good to give egg yolk and cheese and other fatty foods to fish. They may like it but its not good for a regular diet. Can too much fat give the fish heart disease? I really need to read up more on that.

I give mine baby peas. They don't go really crazy over them like they do the algae disks, but they eat the peas right up.

Peas are also good for their er... constitution!
