Hey everyone

I noticed yesterday or the day before that one of my female pearl gouramis had lost the tip of one of her feelers - one looked about 1cm or so shorter than the other one (not a huge difference) I assumed she'd just damaged it on something in the tank or one of the other pearls nipped it. I wasn't too worried as I read they grow back quite easily

But tonight I noticed on the very end of the feeler its like there's a teeny little ball of white on the end of it, like pinhead size, but big enough for me to notice. Would this just be a 'scab' of sorts and just part of the healing process, or something else? It doesn't look fluffy or anything, but I wasn't sure that I should rule out fungus or something...

Any thoughts?

I would go in with a bacterial med, good luck.

Eh, it's disappeared today, and the tip (aside from being shorter obviously) looks normal to me again.... :dunno:

Fish lol.
Sounds like the fish has healed itself, just keep an eye on him.
Good luck.
