I don't think that cycling is a popular subject per se, it occurs a lot because everyone (usually) has to do it!

I see you also wanted a general chit chat section, if you really want a forum for these simply google it in a join one. This is a fish forum not a hobby forum so I honestly don't think they will be added, no offense.

I dont really see the need for it, yes cycling questions due come up quite often but they are promptly answered in the beginners section.
