Today I went out and got some new fish for the tank, 6, to be precise.

I got 2 Rosy Barbs, and I have a feeling ones male and ones female. One has darker colouring and black tips to its fins, whilst the other isn't as colourful and has no black tips.

I got 4 others, all the same kind, but I can't for the life of me remember what they're called! They're fairly small, silver, and red colouring to their fins. They look almost blue when the sun catches them.

They're currently still in the bag, climatizing to the water, looking rather healthy and active. I'll post some pictures when they're in the tank.

Just wish I could remember the names of those silver ones...

The fish have been in the tank for a few hours now, and seem to be doing very well. At first the silver ones were fairly timid, and stuck to the back of the tank together, but now they're swimming around happily chasing each other and exploring.

The Rosy Barbs are very happy, exploring together, eating things off the plants, and often sticking together.

I fed them a while ago. None swum to the surface, but as the food fell, they all darted everywhere swimming quickly to the food! Good to see them eating.

Got one picture, but it's not too good, quite unclear, and for some reason the flash went off, which didn't help.

If you can tell what the silver fish are from the picture, great stuff!

Here we are

I'm sure their name began with M. I may be wrong, but I'm almost certain.
