The Newest Edition

I wanted a old school bowl approach/experience, and why not max out the bowl to its utmost potential? I think it serves the purpose rather nicely than it not having the upgrades ha. Obviously the bowl is not as beneficial in regards to space as one of my previous 180 gallon aquariums, but I truly enjoy this bowl, and the inhabitants within seem to as well. I do appreciate the response, and thanks for the ending compliment :drinks:

Personally I like it. Especially since some of the wood has been removed and planted up a bit. The current still looks a bit strong from the pics which will certainly keep the betta hanging in the dead spots. Id cut the flow some if you're able. That size is just fine for a single betta and those cherries. Id certainly rethink the cory, gift or no gift. A few stem plants and Id call it finished. looks good.
cheers

Thanks, and what is really odd is the Betta loves the impact zone of the flow, if you look at the pictures, that bottom area near the moss ball, and near the Rosettes is his most popular hangout. The best dead zone is basically the entire back, near the actually filtration unit. The flow leaps over that area, and the wood helps direct it all in the front anyway. Then again, with the round shape, there is slight flow throughout.
