True, I've said I'd put a step by step how to for years, but Hades froze over and I did it finally.
Try this method, cost 10-20$ depending if you use the clear PVC.

This should save many folks from CO2 issues, produce better plant growth, cheaper than any commercial brand available and more effective, takes about 10 minutes or so to make with a drill.
