Okay...

I happen to have a sixth Betta, a 3 1/2 year old female Betta called Sky-Love who lives in a 2 gallon tank with now 5 Neons [two of which were added very late yesterday].

One of these two Neons [small fish, not that old] thinks he is a Betta rather than a Neon.

SkyLove is a BIG female betta, 2.5 inches if not larger, and this Neon isn't even an inch yet.

Nevertheless, this little Neon [Spike] is determined to try and show that he is the dominant fish and that he is tougher than SkyLove.

For example, when I was feeding them Spike and SkyLove had a face-off, of course naturally the Betta gal won cause she just basically shoved Spike out of the way.

The other Neons are female, and Spike to "save face" ignored the fact that he had been pushed around by a girl and tried to act :flex: by trying to steal SkyLove's blood worm.

There is one thing, if I was a fish, that I wouldn't do towards SkyLove. And that is get between her and her bloodworms.

Man, I have never seen a Neon scammer into a little castle [hiding place] like Spike did.

I doubt he still thinks he's a Betta. or Does he?
