I sometimes run into it but it's rare that I have. If you have something to say, it should take at least 30 seconds of thought and typing out to reply to it anyways IMO.

what irritates me about this is when I try to search and I've messed up a field like show posts rather than topics I can't go back and change it. You don't have to wait 30 sec. btw I usually count to ten and it let's me through. I would like to be able to do 2 searches within 30 seconds though...is that possible. I mean that would still prevent the automated posting thing that that system is set up to stop wouldn't it?

waiting is no big deal. just a minor irritant. If it helps keep the board up I don't mind though
