Has anyone read this book?
Are the techniques described actually possible? Medically?
Or is the entire thing just based on ancient rumour and scare tactics.....
Although i'm sure the 7 restricted locations are scientifically sound, but indefinite paralysis by squeezing the bridge of someones foot just sounds ridiculous and its obviously quite difficult to persuade the GF to be a guinea pig in this particular instance...
