well, my first ever attempt at capturing fireworks...enjoy

every year (even now that i'm in college) i go and see the fireworks at a local campground with my parents...we have this spot that is about 100 feet above ground level and the perfect distance from the fireworks to see them...best seat in the house!

p.s. some of them could have been better, but a lot of the time i was watching them and had my camera on burst mode and wasn't exactly aiming it ;)

WoW pretty impressive ! I LOVE fireworks (when done away from residential areas so that it doesn't freak out animals and old people  ).
I've never been able to capture good fire work pics - but then again I just have a 4MP Canon -_-

Very nice pictures. I love fireworks too. I look forward to the festival of lights each year. I get 4 days of fireworks then.

Oooh, Ahhh! Thanks for reminding me to charge my camera for tonight! Happy 4th everyone!

Great pictures. The fireworks are so clear, did you use a tripod?
