I do appreciate the thought but I'm sure that's not what the doc meant when he said I should spend more time with my heart rate elevated

She's asleep and absolutely fine . The angle I spotted her from definitely got the heart rate up

Oh she's often upside down. Just not usually where I can see her out of the corner of my eye while walking past the tank.
