My male texas and female flowerhorn had fry and paired off. Yesterday I noiced that the eggs were gone off of the rock she layed them on. I was worried that she ate them. But this morning I noiced that she had been spending a lot of time in one of my caves. Taking a closer look I found that the eggs had hatched and she hood the fry from the male texas. Right now the fry looks like is just wiggling around on a piece of the cave. I put a divider up so that when the fry becomes free swimming the male will not eat the fry. Anyother suggestions would help me so much. Is there anything else I can do to help my fry live? Does anyone have any picws of a flowerhron texas cross?

take the parents or any other fish out and use sponge filters.. not all cross will look the same.. its all in the genes.. specially when you state Fh.. now that is a million possibilities of how it may look like.. just think that more of genes will be of the mother
