Is this number actually a free phone number? I need a few parts... clumbsy and broke them... wondering if ebay was the cheapest or ring them up direct?

Need new intake kit, taps/valves and outflow/spray bar kit. The taps are just old and seals not good.

Think they will replace free or cheaper than ebay?

tried a few times already... just rang and rang, well was on hold for a while befor, until it went off... Anyone else had this? or they been pretty sharp?

Maybe, i will ring about 10am tomorrow... then if no luck, Monday... i dont have any of the reciepts or boxes for it... i got excited, and just installed it, throwing them away. I think they may tell me to do one, but the parts are a bit cheaper elsewhere than on their site... so see what happens i suppose.

Did they just do the usual, where you bought it, when and how much dealio on the phone? or was it intense detail? lol
