Tetra's With Mouth Rott?

I just got some bloodfin tetras a few days ago. all of them were in good condition until yesterday and today. It seems like their mouth is rotting or being bitten off. The only fish i have in my tank are those tetras. what can be wrong?

Tank size in gallons or litres, plus water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Once there mouth start rotting away bad news, how much of the mouth has gone, as even antibiotics can be to late.
