Hi all. One of my friends has a 25 Gal tank and he wants to know how many neon tetra he can put in. He wants only neons with lots of plants. Thanx

going buy the inch per gallon rule id say he could have maybe 12-14 but im sure about 16 would be very hapy as there only small fish.
