Tetra Swimming In Crazy Circles, Flipping Upside Down

hi, i posted a few days ago about my whiteskirt tetra who had a weird pink mass around his fin and losing a few scales. Now I think he's on the way out--can't seem to keep his bouyancy and is swimming all around in upside down circles in a bit of a panic. WHAT IS IT??? Help, please....

Does it float to the top and keeps swimming back down? If it does, it might be swim bladder.

I second swin bladder though. I dont think fish can go insane.

The only things that I can think of are:
1. Did you drop anything in the tank that could've poisoned your fish?
2. Maybe a 50% water change can help?
3. Electrical shock?? Is your (air or filter) pump submersible?
4. Is his tank heated?

fish can show the symptoms of swim bladder when there dying. They also will spin and turn upside down.
Hows the tetra breathing. Is it laboured.

Any change to the pink mass.
