tetra fertilizer

HI

Does anyone use tetra crypto tabs for their plants? wot are the advantages and disatdvantages of substrate fertilisers compared to the tabs?

i have tetra crypto and am using in my planted tank, but i dunno when to replace them cos i didnt get the box, my lfs sells the tabs individually. so how often do i have to replace them?

I just have the tetra plant stuff that comes in a bottle and i love tetras products on planted aquariums. most of them anyway.

I put in the tabs and replace every 3-4 months, good results IMO

im not sure about the tetra tabs but i have the sera tabs, and in the box it says to replace 1 tab for every 5 gallons worth of substrate i think every 10 days, so might want to ask your LFS and take a lookie at the box,

Kenneth- The tabs come from Germany i think and they dont print the english version of instructions on the box. they have also got a polish version sticker stuck on the box. I dont understand either...haha

Konrad- Do u use the Tetra Crypto tabs too? is so i will follow wot u do. U have one hella planted tank...looks MADD!!

Root fertilizer tablets for sumptuous, healthy aquatic plants.

Nutrients are taken up of denPflanzenwurzeln
contains iron and all important trace elements in complex-bound form
the fertilization materials are thus available for plants on a long-term basis
co-ordinated and supported with the special conditions of the aquarium soil reason so the work of the important micro organisms is
nitrate and phosphate-free are - therefore no water load
unnecessary alga growth is prevented
Dosage:
1 tablet per 20 litre of aquarium volume with Erstduengung
1 tablet per 40 litre of aquarium volume with partial water change as Nachduengung

Thanks man! I use seachem root tabs, but I'm sure the tetra crypto will be fine! Good luck!
