Hi has anybody used Tetra C02 Optimat before? If yes, is it a good co2 package for starters?
Also, what is the difference between lo-tech and high-tech planted aquariums?

Lo-tech - low light, little nutrient dosing, slow plant growth, no co2, generally lower cost, more limited plant choice

High-tech - Lots of light, lots of co2, lots of nutrients, fast plant growth, generally higher cost, chose any plants you like!
