Tetra 10 Gallon Half Moon Aquarium

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about Tetra's new Half Moon Aquarium. I recently bought it and my Betta is now in it. The current seems to be really strong and I'm wondering if there is a flow setting on the filter I have. I checked the manual but couldn't find anything. I know Bettas don't like strong currents and the current in this tank is pretty strong.

If you can't adjust the flow, try tying some foam over the outlet

Yep, buy a bit of foam from a LFS and wedge some in the outlet part. Also wrap some around the intake valve so your betta's fins do not get sucked up into that. (FWIW, one of my filters has a flow control that reduces the current down to only 16 gph and it still is too strong for my double-tailed betta - pretty much all filters need to be modified.)
