Fish Crazy
Hi all.
My donated mature media has been in the tank for 3 days and I've just bought the API master kit and tested my water tonight. My results are:
Ammonia: 0.25
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: 5
PH: 7
I tested it shortly after flaking some fish food into the tank, don't know if that will have affected the results...
Can anyone advise me on if these readings are good/bad? I'm hoping to be able to take the kids out on Saturday and buy 2 or 3 Zebra Danios to start the collection. Will I be ready for fish by then?
