A friend was in hospital, he has since died (RIP) so I am looking after his fish, my partner hates tanks so I set this one up in the garden, it is an old tank from some years ago when I had too many tanks. I used the second filter from the goldfish tank, which is also in the garden all year with 2 commet goldfish.
tank has cardinals 14, dwarf loaches 6, cories 6, endlers 4 adults and about 10 fry. one betta, one CAE (don't much like him) one SAE and 6 shrimps. Its 250 litres and was set up in a hurry on April 30/06. I may get a garden shed of fix up an old shed in the garden to house them permanently.

Tank has a little diy Co2 and one 30 watt bulb usually just sunlight, external canister filter.

I'm very sorry to hear about your friend, may he rest in peace.

That is a nice tank, but how are you running a heater/if you are. You do realise that your electricity bill will be sky high if you are using a heater on an outdoor tank. And you will need to insulate the shed if your going to use it.
