hi guys, today i was doing a water change for my 3 gallon divided aquarium for my 2 betta fish. i did it as usual but i heated the water, it got a bit too warm. i thought it might be good to go. i put my both the fish in it. when i put 1 of em, it acted weird. i dint mind it cause he was sick. then i put my healthy one it. he also acted the same. then i immediately removed them. the healthy was like dead upside down. its been 2 hours now the red one got fine, i had given him a salt bath before putting him in. but the healthy one is still inactive, not as happy and not dancing in front of tank when he sees me. refusing to eat food, pellets. i cant give him insects cause i am vegan, i dont touch it. pls help.

Give him time and see if he pulls out of it. You don’t need to remove your fish , just change about 70% of water and leave the fish in. Use a thermometer to be sure water matches the temp of water left in tank. :)

well, now he is eating, swimming and bit normal. i say bit normal cause he is not as much as active he was. he use to do happy betta dance when he saw me from like 5 m away.. now when i tap the tank then only he see's me. he dont do that happy betta dance. and i had trained him to jump and eat from my hand. but today when i tried, he saw the food.. but flared and kept swimming around. when i dipped it inside then onyl he ate, he dont jump now..
