I just picked up and cycled a 180g tank for my oscar and pleco. I know i want some silver dollars and clown loaches for sure, just not sure how many to get. Others I am looking at are a single severum, black skirt tetras, and hatchets. My oscar is very calm and friendly. He's even nice to feeder fish. Let me know what you think. I'm very excited to get this tank stocked! Any other suggestions please feel free to add. Thanks!

I wouldn't put black skirt tetras or hatchetfish in a tank with oscars because they will get eaten.
I can imagine your oscar being friendly to feeder fish, come here goldy, I promise I won't eat you :)
Silver dollars and clown loaches are schooling fishes and should be kept in groups. Try to get at least 4 of each but be careful how many you have. The more fish you have the faster the water will deteriorate and the more work you will have to do keeping the tank clean.
An oscar, a severum, a pleco and 4 clown loaches would probably be ok. You can swap the clown loaches for a group of silver dollars.

any small fish (tiger barbs, tetras, etc) are likely to become oscar food further down the track.
the rest of the selection sounds alright but the clown loaches might be a bit shy if there are only 2 of them. If the tank has plenty of cover, driftwood, etc, then they should be fine.
