Tell Me What You Think About My Possible Set Up!

I want to root Java fern and Anubias into my rocks and a piece of drift wood in my mbuna. I have two 18" Power-Glo bulbs that put out 18000K and are 15 watts each. Will my set up work well or not? I am not going to be planted any into the substrate so the plants will all be elevated half way up the tank! Tank is 55 us gal, 48 inches by 12 inches by 18 inches.

I say do it. Growth will be slow but they will be ok.
