I have some Teacup Stingray questions:
Can they be kept with Discus?
Is their poison fetal?
Would it eat fry?

Thanks!

Teacup Stingrays are just a generic term for young Stingrays who will grow to full sized Stingrays - depending on species they get a disk of somewhere between 12 - 18 inches - though there are rarer species that get larger.

They are not for your casual fish keeper they need huge tanks, at least 6 foot long and at least 30 inches front to back. They will eat fry and they will also eat most fish that they can trap under their disk, I know someone who tried to keep Rotkiel Severums with them and they were all eaten.

The poison is not always fatal but people have been killed by them but at the very least it will make you very very ill and you will need hospital attention - though stings are very rare.

They also live for a long time so you have to be 100% committed to keeping this animal for many years.

Pretty much spot on :) One of the most common rays you will find are motoro which can be picked up around £80-100 these can easily get over two foot in aquarium conditions. Marbled motoro's again are fairly common but you'll expect to pay around £200 for a good class one, these grow to around 16" in for females and smaller for males.

As for the stings, the majority of the deaths are caused by secondary infections etc caused by the venom and not the venom itself. (either way hostpical is wise)
I;ve had stingrays for about 2 years now and have yet to be stung by them, they very quickly get confident and will come out when you're about lucking for food. I've done tank maintanaince around these a lot and they're really quite good as moving out of your way. they're deffo not afressive.

For tank mates, safest way as with most fish is keep it in species tank, although for most of us including me we like to have a mixture, common sense normally wins! big cichlids that are not agressive are a good tank mates. If you put something slightly small in their tank expect them to be eaten. i had it with a 6 inch florida gar which was filleted the next day!
