Tatty tailfin

Hi my 2 1/2 - 3 year old pearl gourami has developed a slightly tatty tail fin.
she lives in a 132 litres 3 foot tank with
5 Black neons
3 Albino catfish and
1 approx 4 inch gold spot pleco
0 ammonia
0 nitrite
30 nitrates
6.5 - 7 ph
Any advise why this is would be appreciated.

It looks a little tattered to me but I unfortunately have no advice... sorry but I’m sure some other member can help
