I have just cleaned out some of my 'dry-aquariums' for my fish. Here is what needs to be filled with guppies, platies, mollies, and swordtails:

*Tall 20 Gallon
*Rectangle 5 Gallon
*Bow Front 5 Gallon

I was thinking around 2 males each for the 5 gallon tanks and then pre-hit females in the 20 gallon? I know the rule 1" per gallon, but I was trying to figure an assortmant. The females of course will visit the males about 2 weeks after their last batch of fry, but then will be returned to the 20 gallon. The fry will go into large breeder nets for 1-2 weeks until they 'toughen up' to deal with a larger tank and differant water than what they were born in. I'm also considering all platies or guppies(more likely platies) instead of an assortmant. What do you think? \

Not much you can put in the 5 gallons, except maybe a few Guppies...though they really should have at least a 10. Maybe consider using the 5 gallons as fry tanks? And then for the 20 maybe a trio of Swords and a trio of Platies? Perhaps some Cories too....though it's up to you. :)
