I am looking for inspiration. And I just cant find it online, so maybe one of you has a tank like this or an idea that might work. I have three adult peacock gudgeons, and so many babies. I decided to make a new tank for them, from the 40 liter they are in right now (length 50 cm), to the same dimensions due to the stand size, but new length, so 100cmx25cx35cm height. It is not much but it is better than now.

I have some sava pods, looking into cocoa pods, and I want to make it a colony, sort of papua new guinea look, soft sand (though everywhere says dark, but I am not sure if dark and soft mix). I have some plants from the two existing tanks, crypts, rotalas, ludwigia, anubias, some floaters, hornwort,...

The tank will be mainly for them, once the colony reaches a good size, I will add some small upper level fish, maybe my pseudomugil luminatus that I have, or if I breed the norman lampeyes or something like that. I am imagining in my head first a working colony of peacock gudgeons/gobies, with line of sight breakers, pods and hideouts, some wood but not too much and some plants, as I already have a plantless tank
