So I noticed Peacock has now started biting his tail too
So I implemented my plan to get the 2 tanks together upstairs so they can see each other and hopefully this will provide some interest for them.
I have an idea of what might be causing it, it's clearly something about that tank or its location as Peacock showed no signs of tail biting until he went in there. The temperature is uneven throughout the tank and is too cold in places. I've only noticed this as the weather's become colder. The heater is turned up as far as it will go so I'm going to get a higher wattage one.
Peacock still has the stress stripes on and off.
Lotus is totally back to his old self, flaring away at me and anything else, after being so shy and timid when he first went into that tank. I think he might have some regrowth, but it's hard to tell with him being white
