Fish Gatherer
I found a pond snail in my tank today. I've recently within the last 4-5 weeks changed my tank, it housed an axolotl and when she died (aged 9) I swapped my tank to a tropical tank. Today I've just discovered quite a large pond snail in my tank - it must have come in with this fish; all the deco/plants were in the tank before apart from one or two silk plants which I pulled out the cupboard to put in. Now I'm in two minds, do I leave it be (I know they'll take over) or do I squish it (as an animal lover I have issues with this; however, I don't want them in my tank). I have a small population of MTS in a cold water tank (they were introduced deliberately and have never overtaken due to the colder temperatures).
