Tank Stocking

I was wondering if my tank is overcrowded?

I have a 150G Tank

6 Clown Loaches
6 Rainbow Fish
10 Tiger Barbs
3 Albino Barbs
1 Blue Ram
2 Siamese Algae Eaters
2 Bristlenose Plecos
5 Cory Cats

Tank is being cleaned by 2 Eheim 2217's and an Emperor 400, but I was considering taking out the Emperor.
The tank is also planted.

It sounds fine to me as long as the fish seem to have enough room and you over filter and do plenty of vacum cleanings. I would advise you not to remove any of the filters because it will send the tank through a mini cycle. Trust me the tank will be better off if you didn't remove the filter. What are your water stats e.g ammonia, nitrite, nitrates, P.H?
