Tank Setup Ideas?

I am going to start setting up my tank, any design ideas?! I've only got a little tank i am going to save up for a bigger one

whats its dimensions and what have you got to use? are there going to be plants?

It holds 20 litres. But i want it to look nice.. 38W x 47H x 24D cm So its pretty small. I'm only keeping it so i can save up for a new tank..

If it were me, I'd have black sand, a couple of dwarf cryptos at the back, and a pair of peacock gobies or a quality SFF.

iv got a 20l bow front ignore the water marks on the front

iv also got the tank you'v got its my propagation tank and my first one. i dont have any pics of it

i like black sand as well but its expensive... id go for a Triangle Scape, with a nice bit of bog wood maybe get some moss to put on the wood.

and around the base have some crypts

Given that it's only a 20l tank, black sand won't set you back a lot in absolute terms. I did my 34l in half a bag.
