Tank Probs but fish still breeding

As a few of you know ive had a bit of worry with tank conditions, but even though tonight i had to make a rapid drain of 100ltrs to try sort out my levels (in beginers Q's) We noticed during draining some water off that our Platies are having babies, not sure how many we got but seen a few hiding about.

Hopefully a couple will suvive the mouths of the bigger platies and scissortails.
