What are your tank stats (lighting, tank size, substrate, etc)? Sorry to be the perenial party-pooper, but hair grass is a slow-grower and an algae magnat and not the best choice for an initial planting. The planting, however, is excellent, I do not even have that type of patience, and I'm a patient one here!

Yip, Im starting to realise that right now. Interesting tank whambamtymam, a bit more uniform than the usual but once it gros in will look fantastic. You have a lot of swimming space there, what kinda fish you going to put in?
