Tank Over Hang

i got a new tank and it says it needs to be kept on polystyrene but the bits i have are about a cm to short each end do you think thats still ok

the idea of the polystyrene is to create a flat surface for the tank..

im not sure if it counts as flat if it doesnt reach the ends of the tank =\

1cm each end wont matter its not enough to cause any breakage as alot of the strain on the bottom is taken by the end panels and joins for each end the problem would be if it was the middle or something it will be fine
