I have been researching for a couple months now on everything from stocking options, filtering, etc, so I have a couple questions for you guys but first the specs on my tank and access..:
1 - I am currently starting up ( needs to cycle first) a 47 gallon long tank(dimensions are exact, 49"long x 13" wide x 19" tall)
2 - I am running a Fluval 304(75 gal) filter
3 - 2 heaters, one 100w, one 200w
4 - Stocking(after fish arrive at LFS and tank is cycled) - A group of 10-12 Pseudotropheus demasoni and 6-7 Yellow labs
Questions
1 - Is my current filter enough to support this many fish?
- If not, I have a small aqua-clear filter i was using for my 15 gal, will this help out?
2 - Any suggestions for anything. I recieved help with the stocking options from www.cichlid-forum.com.
