Tank now cycling

Hi everyone

I think that i am getting the spike starting on my cycling tank

Parameters now read

PH 7.8
Am 0.5
Nitrite 2.0
Nitrate 50

Do I need to do a water change NOW or do i ride this out til they sort themselves out

Are you fishless cycling??? If not then yes do a water change.

What do you suggest 20% or more

It's good to keep nitrates under 40ppm. You probably should do a 50% water change.

25-50% water change. You want to keep the ammonia levels as low as possible without ruining the cycle. Otherwise you could kill your danios.

I would do a water change, how are the fish acting.
