Short answer, definitely not a discus. You have some issues that are part of this, so I will try to explain.
Discus are shoaling fish, and a group of five or six would be minimum. But their temperament, size and behaviour (very sedate) means they need the tank to themselves, although carefully considered smaller fish like cories, certain loricariid catfish, and some of the peaceful shoaling tetras or rasboras are possible. But angelfish and discus are not compatible, nor is the severum, and gourami are not advisable. Rainbowfish are too active too, and being a shoaling fish would need more than just four to be healthy.
Cories need much larger groups, at least five or six but with space as here a larger group of 12-15 or more would be better for the cories.
