90l is as near as makes little difference 25g, and the guideline is one inch of fish per gallon in a newly cycled tank. This rule does not apply to you however, as you are fish-in cycling and have to go much slower or you risk loosing livestock... Once this bit of the cycle completes and you have consistant zeros for ammonia and nitrite for a week, you can safely double your numbers, but no more... This means your next load of fish will be a maximum group size of 5,
all of a similar size to the ones you have currently. The tank will mini-cycle for a day or two at most, showing ammonia and nitrite again, before settling on zero. When the ammonia and nitrite has remained zero for a week after that, the next load can go in

Of caurse, when you have ammonia and nitrite showing on your daily water test results, you need to be doing a generous waterchange, arround the 30-50% mark, in responce

When you get to an inch per gallon, leave it at that for a few months, then if your filters are coping well, you could mebe think about doubling your numbers again...
Onto your questions about stocking the tank...
Catfish is a very broad term, and covers literaly a few thousand fish... I'll assume, since corries are mentioned later in your post, that you are after the next most common group, Plecos... Common and Gibesepsse plecos, are the most common in the trade, but will grow too big for your tank; both in excess of 12"... For this reason, you want one that is a bit more specialist... Bristlenose, Clown and RubberLip's (aka Bulldog) plecs would all be suitable. Clowns prefur a group of 4, and so are mebe out, but Bristlies and Rubber's are great for that size tank, growing to arround 4" each

They like a mature tank, so I'd add them a few months down the line
Glow-lights like a good sized group, but you have the recomended minimum group size

There are several other species out there, but they want to be added to a mature tank like the pleco's realy. Most won't get through a cycle, or mini-cycle for that matter, in once piece
Zebora Danio's are a great "next fish" candidate. You want a minimum group of 4, and these guys are hard as nails

Grow to 2".
Three-line corries again prefur a more mature tank, and a group of 4+

They get to 2.5" and are great community fish. Would likley be OK to add after the Danios at the third round of introductions
Zebora Loach refurs to about 4 species. You might want to get onto Google and look into the other names of what you are interested in
All the best
