Tank Mate?

I have a 35 gallon hex tank that I want to add one more tank mate. Right now I have 15 neon tetras and a pair of Blue Rams. I want to start breading the rams, so I want a tank mate that will stay at the top of the tank and leave the rams alone/not eat the eggs and fry.

I am up for any suggestions. If there isn't anything I am fine with that, but I know I have room for some one more fish. Let me know Thanks

I would say a group of 8+ danios or rasboras. I would have also said hatchetfish, but I'm not sure how they fair with fry. I have personally kept danios with platy fry without any problems.
