I had to move one of my lyre tail black mollies out of the 20G and into her own 5 gallon tank because she harassed the other mollie endlessly AND she actually jumped into the breeder net and killed 6 of her own fry....

Anyway, she's set up in her own little "Alcatraz" - but would like to get her a cell mate

What else could I put in there with her that wouldn't get harassed? (definitely do not want any more mollies....I seem to get mostly aggressive ones.)

Mollys can be agressive towards one another, can't think what would go with her as livebearers are out of the question, maybe keep her on her own for a while, might calm her down then try her again in the tank, she might get the message.

In a 5 gallon, for an agressive fish, don't bother with tank mates. I'm sure she'd be happier on her own since chasing and getting in fights stresses her out as well as other fish. Its probably not worth risking her new tank mate getting harmed or killed.

True. Hmmm....it would be nice though to have something else in there. How about a couple of ghost shrimp or a snail maybe??

Get her a male betta roomie and teach her a lesson.
I'M JUST joking. :D

I would leave her in there to gloat at the other fishies in the other tank and have her very own little palace.
She sounds like she wants to grow to be an old lady all by herself.
