My tank has cycled, my ammonia and nitrites are 0 and have been for a few days now. I am going to keep testing for another few days just in case, then drop down to weekly tests.

A local breeder in our aquatic society has offered me some albino bristlenose plecs or some albino corys (or both if I want them). Im going to see them next week.

So I have 7 zebra danios now

Im planning the rest of the tank.

I would really like some cardinal tetras.

Then some livebearers either swordtails, platys or guppies they must be colourful! I already have 3 platys in the children's tank.

The tank is fully planted and is 96 litres. I would value your comments and opinions on my choices.

I assume you did a fish in cycle? In which case I would leave it another week before adding anymore fish. Then add slowly your stock to give the filter time to catch up with the bio load. When you add new fish, I would test regularly to make sure you dont get a mini-cycle but providing you do it slowly, new fish once every 2/3 weeks you should be ok.

Cardinals would prefer a more mature tank, so wait and add those last.

Unless you want lots of fry, then go with either all male or all female livebearers, although the other fish may well eat most of the fry anyway.

Bristlenoses are lovely, I would recommend one in 96L tank. Give him some wood to hide under/in to make him feel more secure and you will see more of him - fingers X!

Albino cory's are my favourite cory's they are very active and fun to watch, I would suggest a group of 5 minimum in your tank as they prefer groups.
