Tank For Fry

hi,

as per another thread i mentioned i have a 2nd tank for the fry.

it is 2ft x 1ft x 1ft. it has a heater and a filter. however, the water that is coming out of the filter is producing too much current for the babies, they cant swim past it and are all at the opposite end of the tank. i cant find anyway to tun the flow down, is there anything i can do?
