Tank Cycled Or Not?

just finished my water test, my readings were as followed

Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
ammonia 0.25
Ph 7.4



is this fine to add fish into or should I wait a bit longer for the ammonia to drop??

hi,
how long has the tank been set up. going by those figures i would say only about 10 daysi f it was a fish in cycle. how are you adding ammonia

been setup for about 4 days actually... I let the fish add the ammonia by their waste... 1 live plant in the tank though....also it's a 5 gallon tank which could explain why it's not taking as long...
