After alot of hard work and alot of help from a fishie friend and my partner the tanks finally completed and done!!!!

Looks good
I personally would put some more stuff in there like plants, maybe a piece of bog wood and probably some kind of orniment thingy where the fish could hide like a castle or a sunken ship... But thats just me though.
I like the effect on the stand as well. I first thought it was marble, but the hood alone would probably crush the tank if it was
Is it me or does the stand look higher on one side and the shelf is bowed?

Oh, and thats a HUGE lava lamp

it's a 3ft Lava Lamp I got two of em.
I haven't put stuff in tank yet gonna get plants etc,
Just finished builting it all >.<

was a custom job lol
and nope it's 100% straight lol it's how I did picture >.<

that looks good! I think a biggish piece of bogwood would look great in there! What fish have you stocked it with?

I thought it would be the way the pic was taken, but I just had to ask
I built the hood from scratch for my tank and got a flat pack TV stand from Argos (I think) for the base. But I need to build a new hood because everything in the house is beech effect appart from the white hood.

Anyway, good job doing it yourself

It looks really good as of now, I can't wait to see it fully finished. I really like the stand too. I also think that a piece of wood or a few plants or some type of ornament in the middle would look really good and finish it off. What do you plan on putting in there and what is currently in there. By the way, what size is it?

It's a 3ft tank and theres some ciclids in at moment(soz bad spellin)
Like 5-6 of em max.
