Please be careful with the tank sitting over the base, It's not good for it. Just saying

im interested in the jewel visions tank. do you have a picture? does it come with a filter/heater? or is it just the tank and cabinet?

It is just the tank and cabinet, but I can thrown in a heater with it as well.

The light unit is also fully working and all flaps present and correct.
