Tanganyikan Cichlids

Hi , I stocked up my 95ltr with 6 shellies and 2 other tangs , for the most everything has been on the sand or under rocks or clinging to rocks, tonight however most (if not all ) of the fish have been swimming mid to upper levels, there is no plant cover , just open water, is this just a sign they are feeling more secure in there new environment or is there cause for concern, water checking out fine, just all the shellies seemed to be in a small shoal for a short time , didn't think they done that ,,,,,

As they get used to the tank, or the situation they are in- ie. not going to be chased by a huge fish, they should explore their tank, my shellys come up to the top everytime i go near to the tank as they can associate seing me with food.
