Ok guys this is the first betta i have bought that i have decided 100% on my own!
i think he is a black melano HM, but he was bought and marked as damaged in shipping so is that split a double tail or a rip
i love him HM or double tail just curious as i dont want to spend all my life trying to fix his tear if its ment to be there!

he's not a dt as his split hasnt got the edging for the split, no other way to put it im afraid so hope you understand what i mean hes got fin rot as well so needs treating to sort this out,

he was up under "damged in shipment"
so i assumed hed just nibbled like the others!

If he has fin rot then Kev will have been treating him for it....

i had a girl with a damaged tail off kev and he said that there was no finrot in his tank because his whole system is treated via UV light. have to say, have had no problems with her. but she already had quite a bit of regrowth when i got her.
maybe he took the photo when the shipment first came in and thats why it shows finrot??

but on a side note, i thought you said in another post that you couldn't have the boy you ordered from k.g.bettas? did you manage to find the extra money from somewhere?

Yeah had to scrimp and save to get mel's bettas then my step dad offered to buy that one for me
so im as happy as can be!,

thats what they all say!! i'm currently eying up the ones devoncharm has on ebay! (at least i'm fairly sure they are hers)

and i'm supposed to be moving house, so reeeeeally cant afford them!

without dividing tanks etc!, but nooooo i cant divide there tiny 4.4Gallon tanks!...
i cant do that to them!... they will be having much larger tanks than that in future!.....

Well guys and girls i got the little man a matter of miniuts ago hes a beautiful fish as was said he has plenty of growth back!,
hes deffo SD...... i think he is going to make a HM!
will get some pics later dont wish to make him flare for a few days!
