T8 Tubes

Hi, wonder if anyone can help ?
 
Ive got a Fluval Roma 125 with T8 tubes in - can these be replaced with T5's using the existing fittings ?
 
If not can you get a convertor that enables a T5 tube to be fitted ?

You cant use T5 bulbs in T8 fittings, if you want T5's you will have to retro fit a T5 balast/cables on to your existing hood.
