Hi guys. Heres the story. Have had a long break from fishkeeping. Partner bought me an Aqua medic percula 120, which holds 100 gallons. The lighting is a unit I bought off ebay this week. The lights are 3 x 34" sunglo t5's and a lifeglo of the same spec. Total wattage is 156. Is this BioPur light unit suited to my tank which has 24" of water depth, I intend to have the rear area fully planted.
Another question is about substate. In breif intend to build a rock wall across the rear 10", remove the sand, add a planting medium and top with either the same coarse sand I have in the rest of the tank or fine gravel. Which do you think would be best? Thanks for looking
